Shipping Policy

1. How long does it take?

Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: 3-7 business days

  • Shipping Time:

         USA : 8-15 business days.

         Rest of the world: 10-20 business days

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

2. How much is the shipping cost?

We will deliver your order to you as soon as possible.Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the following factors:

  • The shipment method you choose;

  • The destination country that the package ships to;

  • The number of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package.

We offer free shipping for orders over $69. The following is our shipping cost sheet.

3. How do I track my order?

As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order in “Track My Order" menu by copying the tracking number from order details or Notification Email. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to activate.

4. Please note that peak seasons and sales events may also affect processing times.  

These are based on the average date. More or less time may be needed for different items. Please don't worry, order as soon as possible, and deliver on time. 

5. The estimated arrival date does not account for the following:

  •  Weather delays
  •  Other shipping/vendor service disruptions
  • APO/FPO orders going through the Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA)

6. Separate Packages

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:

  • Certain items may be on backorder;

  • Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office.

7. Unclaimed orders

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address.

8. Wrong address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the shipping carrier, the shipment will be returned to Faith Design.  This may cause a delay in your shipping. Please make sure you provide the correct address.

9. Shipment lost in transit

If the carrier tracking indicates that the shipment was lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible, or within 30 days. Faith Desing will make and ship you a replacement item or refund your money.

Due to incorrect or incomplete address resulting in delivery failure and return to the overseas warehouse, we can offer a reshipment service. However, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment fee. If reshipment is not possible, we will not assume any responsibility.
